Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

1) Overview

These Affiliate & Referral Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Leadzier Partner Program (the “Program”) operated by Leadzier, LLC (“Leadzier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Leadzier account.
You must provide accurate tax and payment information (e.g., PayPal or ACH details).
Agencies, creators, and influencers are welcome, but Leadzier reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

3) Referral Tracking & Attribution

Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral link or code.
When a user clicks your link and signs up for a paid Leadzier plan within 60 days, the referral is attributed to you.
Attribution is based on first-click tracking and may be affected by cookie blocking or user privacy settings, which are outside our control.

4) Commission Structure

You earn 20% commission on subscription payments made by your referred users for 12 months after their first payment date.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 15 days after month-end, once your total payable balance exceeds $50 USD.
Payments are made via PayPal or ACH (US accounts only). You are responsible for any transaction fees or tax obligations.
Refunded or chargeback transactions will not generate commission.

5) Promotion Rules

Affiliates may promote Leadzier via websites, email, social media, or video content, provided all messaging is truthful and compliant with advertising laws (FTC disclosure required).
You may not use “Leadzier” or confusingly similar variations in domain names, usernames, or paid ads.
No spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertising claims are permitted.
Discount, coupon, or cash-back websites are not eligible for participation without written approval.

6) Compliance Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “As a Leadzier partner, I may earn commissions if you sign up using my link.”).
All marketing materials must comply with applicable advertising laws, carrier rules, and the Leadzier Terms of Use.
Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of earned commissions and immediate removal from the Program.

7) Intellectual Property

Leadzier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely to promote the Service.
You may not modify, distort, or misrepresent the Leadzier brand or imply partnership beyond the scope of this Program.

8) Payouts & Taxes

Affiliates are considered independent contractors, not employees.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.
Leadzier may require tax forms (e.g., W-9 for U.S. partners, W-8BEN for international partners) before releasing payments.

9) Termination

Either party may terminate this Program participation at any time by written notice.
Upon termination, no future commissions will accrue for new or existing referrals.
Leadzier may terminate your participation immediately for fraud, policy violations, or conduct damaging to our reputation.

10) Limitation of Liability

Leadzier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data arising out of your participation in the Program. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you during the preceding three months.

11) Modifications

Leadzier may update these Terms, the commission rate, or program rules at any time. Updated terms will be posted at portal.leadzier.com/affiliate-terms. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
