1) Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and standards for using the Leadzier Platform and its related services. It exists to protect the integrity of the system, maintain lawful communications, and ensure a fair and safe experience for all users.
By accessing or using Leadzier, you agree to abide by this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or notification to authorities.
2) Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Leadzier to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal Activity: Violations of any applicable law, regulation, or court order (e.g., fraud, identity theft, harassment, or data breaches).
- Spam or Unsolicited Messaging: Sending bulk, automated, or commercial messages without documented consent, including SMS, email, or direct mail.
- Harassment or Abuse: Targeting individuals or groups with threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or discrimination.
- Deceptive Practices: Misrepresenting your identity, brand affiliation, or relationship with Leadzier; using misleading headers, domains, or caller IDs.
- Malware or Exploits: Distributing software intended to harm systems, steal data, or gain unauthorized access.
- Data Misuse: Scraping, harvesting, reselling, or sharing data obtained from Leadzier without authorization or legitimate business use.
- Violence, Hate, or Exploitation: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, exploitation, or illegal goods/services.
- Interference: Attempting to disrupt or degrade Leadzier services, networks, or third-party integrations.
3) Communication Compliance
- All messaging and calling activity must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier-level A2P 10DLC rules.
- Recipients must have valid, provable consent for the type of message sent (marketing, informational, transactional, etc.).
- You must honor opt-out requests immediately and maintain a suppression list for future compliance.
- Messages must clearly identify your business name and provide an opt-out method (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
4) Platform & Security Abuse
- Do not attempt to probe, scan, or exploit Leadzier systems, APIs, or integrations without authorization.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties.
- Do not bypass rate limits, quotas, or queue systems to send excessive or automated traffic.
- Do not use Leadzier to host or transmit viruses, worms, or malicious scripts.
5) Data Integrity & Privacy
- Only upload or process data that you have lawful rights and consent to use.
- Do not attempt to deanonymize or cross-reference data sources to identify individuals without consent.
- Respect all privacy rights under GDPR, CPRA, and applicable state or national laws.
6) Enforcement & Reporting
Leadzier reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and may take appropriate action, including:
- Suspending or terminating access to accounts involved in abuse or unlawful activity.
- Removing or blocking content that violates these standards.
- Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Retaining data necessary for investigation or legal compliance.

7) Modifications
Leadzier may revise this AUP periodically. Updates will be posted at portal.leadzier.com/acceptable-use. Continued use of Leadzier after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may lead to account suspension or termination under the Leadzier Terms of Use.
